Returns & Refunds

Every Secret Rounds Golf product is printed to order, just for you. That keeps waste down and quality up — and it shapes how returns work.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Size, fit, and change of mind
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size ordered, the wrong color selected, or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering — sizes run true to the chart.

Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as quickly as possible. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping problems
Lost or never delivered: if tracking shows your order is lost, or it hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, contact us — we'll reship or refund. Wrong address: orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are the customer's responsibility; we can arrange a reshipment at the customer's expense.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
